Halloween Birthday

Oh my God! Nadia, this cake that you made for Trilok's 10th party for the halloween theme simply stole the show. It was a piece of art and drew gasps from everyone around. Infact some kids from the neighbourhood gave their mom's elaborate descriptions and then asked me if I could pack a piece for them to see and taste. The attention to detail, the textures and the shades and the shapes were part sculpture, part art and part gastronomic delight. Though it looks so firm ,it was moist and soft inside and the taste was perfect,neither too sweet nor too flat. Visually too the cake drew it's onlooker into the space , the graveyard.....we all got lost in it!can't wait to order my next one.
